Protect Kids' Privacy
We
adhere to the goals and guidelines that are put forth by regulatory
documents and bodies such as the Children's Online Privacy Protection
Act of 1998 (COPPA), the Center for Media Education (CME), the
Children's Advertising Review Unit (CARU) of the Council of Better
Business Bureaus and other organizations who are devoted to providing
a safe online community for children.

Why We Collect Information
Brainsrule.com
collects a minimal amount of information from users in order to
better serve their interests.
We
collect this information for the following reasons:
*ENQUIRER'S EMAIL: So that
children are able to express their questions and ideas and receive
a personal answer from our characters in the "Ask a BrainWhiz"
section.
*GAURDIAN'S EMAIL
So that Gaurdian's aware of their ward's correspondence to "Brainsrule.com"
* So that children
may receive email answers to their questions.
* So that children and
adults can receive “free stuff” like tee-shirts and
magnets.
The
Information That We Collect
When
a user enters the Ask a “BrainWhiz” section, he or
she fills fill out a form that asks for the following information:

GENDER

AGE

STATE
Parental
Notice
If
children are eligible for a prize to be sent to them, we require
that they submit a phone number of a parent, who we then call
to supply us with a home address to mail the prize. The home addresses
are immediately discarded after the package is mailed.
